How it works

From signing up to your first conversation, and what happens to your information along the way.

  1. Set up a profile

Confirm your phone number, add two to six photos, and write a few honest sentences. About five minutes. You can stop part-way and come back — nothing is shown to anyone until you finish.

  2. Answer one question

There is a single question about the health choice this community is built around. Your answer is stored separately from the rest of your profile and is never shown to another member. It is used only to decide whose results you appear in.

  3. Photos are checked

Every photo is scanned automatically before anyone can see it. Most clear within seconds. Anything borderline is held back for a person to look at, and nothing appears until it passes.

  4. Get verified

Subscribing unlocks a government ID and selfie check run by Stripe. We are told only whether it passed and whether you are over 18 — we never see or store your document. Passing earns the verified badge.

  5. Meet people

Browse, like, and start talking when the interest is mutual. Everyone can block and report from any profile or conversation.

Common questions

Can other members see my answer to the health question?
No. Not a match, not anyone. It is kept in a separate, locked part of the database and the app has no way to display it to another person. It only decides who appears in whose results.
Do I have to pay to join?
No. Setting up a profile and browsing is free. Subscribing is what unlocks the ID check and the verified badge, which is what puts your profile in front of everyone rather than only members who opt in.
What happens to my ID document?
Stripe handles the check and keeps the document under their own compliance programme. We receive a yes or no and nothing else. Our database contains no government ID data at all.
How much location do you know?
Your city, because you typed it. The app never asks your device for your location. Distances are worked out between town centres, rounded, and never shown as closer than "less than 1 mile".
What if someone behaves badly?
Block and report are on every profile and every conversation. Reports go to a moderation queue with a reason you choose. Reporters are always anonymous to the person reported.
